Lower Manhattan is the birthplace of New York City and, of course, the site of its most tragic event. Our tour will bring the history of New York to life like you've never heard it before. While this tour is a great introduction to the city for visitors, natives - whether you work in financial district or only venture downtown on occasion - will simply be fascinated by the rich history of this small patch of land (and landfill).
The tour begins at the Netherlands Memorial flagpole at the Northestern edge of Battery Park.
